AU Golden Consultancy Solutions Private Limited (“AU Golden”) operates solely as an online technology and distribution platform connecting consumers with independent partner banks, Small Finance Banks, NBFCs, and financial service institutions. AU Golden is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), direct lender, or underwriter.

Our consultancy, eligibility assessment, and product matching services are 100% free of charge to customers. AU Golden does not charge any advance fees, guarantee deposits, or commission from borrowers. Never transfer funds to any personal account claiming to represent AU Golden.

All credit limits, interest rates, tenure options, approval determinations, and disbursals are made at the sole discretion of our partner lending institutions based on their internal credit policies and regulatory norms. Listing a product on AU Golden does not constitute a guaranteed loan approval.

Users agree to provide accurate, true, and complete details in all enquiry forms. Providing falsified information or forged documentation may lead to immediate disqualification and regulatory reporting by partner institutions.

AU Golden is not liable for any disputes, loan denials, rate adjustments, processing delays, or terms enforced by partner banks and NBFCs. Users are encouraged to carefully read the sanction letters and loan agreements provided by the lending institutions before acceptance.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Maharashtra.
